Problem

You need to download forms built within ServiceTitan as PDF files from the office side.

Solution

After you complete the form in ServiceTitan, follow these steps to download it from the office.

Download a form in PDF format

  1. Go to the job where the form is completed.

  2. Scroll down to the job's Audit Trail, and select Files.

  3. Under Forms, click the completed form you want to download as a PDF.

  4. On the new tab, find the Print or Download option, usually at the top right.        

    1. If you choose to print, a print preview window will open. Change the Destination printer to Save as PDF or a similar option in the print preview window, and click Save.

If you choose to download, click Download and save the form as a PDF on your computer.
