Things to know

You can add relevant tags to job, location, customer, or equipment records based on conditional logic in a form.

Add tags

You can add a new form or edit an existing form to add tags using conditional logic.

  1. Create a conditional logic statement.

  2. Click Add Tags.

  3. Select tags from the dropdown and where they should be applied. You can view added tags on the job, customer, location, or equipment.

  4. When finished, click Save and Publish.

  5. In the window that opens, click Publish.

View added tags in ServiceTitan

To view added tags, fill out the form so that the conditional statements are met.

On the Job screen, go to the History section.

  1. Click the Files tab.

  2. Find the form and click Create.

  3. On the form window that opens, fill out the form fields.

  4. When finished, click Save.

On the location record, you see the form tag.

On the customer record, you see the form tag.

You can fill out the form in ServiceTitan Mobile by going to Job > Forms. If the conditional statements are met, the tags will be automatically added.
