Why does my video upload stop before finishing?

Problem

Video uploads stop at 89% completion and fail to finish uploading. The issue occurs across different browsers and computers. The problem happens because the video file exceeds the 150MB size limit.

Solution

Check the video file size

1. Check your video file size before uploading.

2. Right-click on the video file on your computer.

3. Select Properties or Get Info to view file details.

4. Look for the file size in the properties window.

5. If the file is larger than 150MB, reduce the file size.

6. Open your video editing software or use a free online video compressor.

7. Lower the video quality or resolution settings.

8. Save the compressed video as a new file.

9. Go back to ServiceTitan and try uploading the smaller video file.

10. The upload should now complete successfully.
