Why can’t I download a ServiceTitan form as a PDF?

Problem

Forms exported from Settings become JSON files that Adobe cannot open. ServiceTitan forms cannot be directly downloaded as PDFs from the Forms section.

Solution

Print a form

1. Go to the top toolbar bar and click Search or press CTRL + / on your keyboard. Use your mouse or press Tab on your keyboard to browse the results.

2. Search for the job record you want. The system shows all available options.

3. Scroll down to the History section.

4. Click the Files tab.

5. Click Create on the form you want to download.

6. Leave the form blank without filling in any information.

7. Click Save.

8. Hover over the newly created form in the Files section.

9. Click Print. 

The form will download as a PDF file.
