How can I bulk copy and paste sections on a form in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users can’t bulk copy and paste sections within a form. They can only duplicate the entire form.

Solution

While this process does not allow for the direct copying and pasting of specific sections between forms, it does provide a way to replicate form content efficiently.

Duplicate a form in ServiceTitan

Note: Form photos don't transfer to the duplicated form.

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .

2. In the side panel, click Forms.

3. Open the form you want to duplicate in ServiceTitan and click Make a copy. ServiceTitan will create a copy of the entire form.

4. Rename the duplicated form as needed. This step ensures you can identify the new form separately from the original.

5. Open the duplicated form for editing.

6. Remove any sections or questions from the duplicated form you do not need. To do this, select the section or question and delete it.

7. Save your changes to the duplicated form.Note: Form photos don't transfer to the duplicated form.
