An employee who performs service and/or sells services or equipment.
Equipment
Items used to complete work (e.g., power ladder)
Items installed on a job that can be tracked per location. Consider using Equipment to track the age of roofs, sidings, or gutters for replacement opportunities or quick color tracking.
Job
Work that is already sold/signed by a customer.
A site visit where work may be sold or completed. Each job will always have a corresponding invoice.
Appointment
Each time an employee visits the job site other than for installation.
A single job site visit as part of a job. Multiple appointments for one job are common, especially in multi-day installs.
Opportunity
When an estimate is provided to the homeowner and not signed right away.
A collection of estimates (or a proposal), managed in the Follow Up module.
Business Unit
