Create estimates with GAF QuickMeasure on ServiceTitan Mobile

Overview

Use GAF QuickMeasure to create estimates by requesting measurements and pre-populating them into Spec Based Estimates forms. These measurements are key to building accurate estimates and procuring materials for roofing and exterior jobs.

Things to know

GAF measurement needs to be set up on your account.
You need to have Spec based estimate templates setup on your account to use this feature.

Create estimates from Mobile

After a measurement order is completed by GAF Quickmeasure, the measurements pre-populate in your Spec Based Estimates form. You can then easily create estimates.

If you aren't already on the job screen for your current job, tap Overview on the dashboard, and then tap your current job.
Tap Forms.
Tap the measurement form you use to create estimates.
Note: If your business uses a lot of forms, you can filter by business unit to find the one you need.
On the Select measurement option window select the option:
1. Existing measurement: To use an existing pre-completed measurement form, open the dropdown menu under Existing Measurements and select a pre-completed form.
  Note: The Existing measurement is grayed out if an existing measurement does not exist.
  1. If there are multiple buildings in the measurement report, click Select Building(s) dropdown and select all buildings or one of the buildings.
2. Manual Input: To enter new measurements manually, click Manual Input and fill in the measurement details directly in the form.
Tap Select.
Review the measurements populated from GAF QuickMeasure and edit or add any additional information if needed.
When you're done, tap Save.

This creates estimates on the job based on the information you input in the measurement form. You can view them on the Estimates tab.

Create estimates by editing existing forms

You can make changes to the information entered on the measurement form. After the form is updated, you can apply the changes to the existing estimates or create new ones.
