Overview
With Mass Reschedule, you can reschedule appointments assigned to individual technicians, entire teams of technicians, or all appointments for a given day. This empowers you to rapidly adjust to changing business circumstances quickly and efficiently. For example, if your business operates outdoors and can't work in the rain, dispatchers can mass reschedule appointments when technicians get rained out.

Feature configuration
- Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
- The Mass Reschedule permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
- Mass Reschedule pulls all scheduled appointments for the date selected on the Dispatch Board. It does not include non-job events, completed jobs, or in-progress jobs.
- If a team has no scheduled appointments for the day selected, they will not appear on the Mass Reschedule screen.
- Mass Reschedule doesn't change the start or end time of the appointment. You can change the scheduled time for the appointment by dragging it on the Dispatch Board.
- When you use Mass Reschedule to move appointments to another day or time, Mass Reschedule doesn't check for conflicts or technicians double-booked with two appointments at the same time. After you mass reschedule appointments, be sure to check the Dispatch Board to resolve any conflicts.
- Manually rescheduled appointments take precedence over Mass Rescheduled appointments if both happen at once. For example, if a dispatcher is manually rescheduling an appointment that you're rescheduling with Mass Reschedule, the date chosen by the other dispatcher is used for the appointment's new date.
Use Mass Reschedule
- From the Dispatch Board, go to the calendar day for which you want to reschedule multiple appointments and click Mass Reschedule.

- Use the filters to select appointments you want to reschedule. You can:
- Click Filter List to filter the appointments you see by Business Unit (BU), Zone, and Tag.

- Select All Technicians & Unassigned Appointments to select appointments for the day.

- Select a team to select appointments assigned to technicians in that team.

- Select all appointments assigned to one technician by expanding the team and then clicking the technician.

- Select an individual appointment to reassign by expanding the team, then expanding the technician and then selecting an appointment.

- After you select each appointment you want to reschedule, click Edit Selected.

- Click Filter List to filter the appointments you see by Business Unit (BU), Zone, and Tag.
- Click the Date field and select a new day for each appointment you selected.

- If you want to reassign the selected appointments to a new technician, click the Choose Technician(s) dropdown. You can also select Unassign all technicians to unassign all technicians from the selected appointments.
- Click Apply Changes.

- Rescheduled appointments are highlighted purple. To complete rescheduling, click Reschedule Appointment.
Note: No changes are made until you click Reschedule Appointment.
A notification shows you how many appointments are being rescheduled. Rescheduling appointments typically takes a few seconds with small numbers of appointments, but if you're rescheduling a large number of appointments it may take up to several minutes.
