More about Replenishment

The Replenishment page displays replenishment records. ServiceTitan generates these records, which are recommendations for stock items that need replenishment by inventory location. The replenishment records are created when the quantity available in the inventory location falls below the minimum reorder points given for each item at each inventory location in the template you created in your settings.

When you update a template attached to your inventory location, the changes aren't applied instantly. You will see a notification banner on your page, letting you know these changes are in progress. The notification banner disappears once all changes are applied successfully.

Note: If you don't see a notification banner, then your updates are applied instantly.

Replenishment for items will be triggered after a job has started. This helps you ensure that if a job is canceled before it starts, you are not replenishing items that weren't used.

If you have an open replenishment request for an item and that item is deactivated, your replenishment will be automatically removed.
