Overview
ServiceTitan offers two types of Supplier Integrations: Catalog Integration and Full Procurement Integration. Both Catalog Integration and Full Procurement Integration streamline your business operations by connecting supplier catalogs directly to your ServiceTitan account. Subscribe to supplier catalogs and add items to your pricebook for immediate use with ServiceTitan's supplier Catalog Integrations. Access real-time product info, contractor-specific pricing, electronic purchase orders, invoices, and payments within ServiceTitan, simplifying the inventory processes with Full Procurement Integrations.

Things to know
Some supplier integrations require the supplier verification of the dealer. Contact your success or implementation manager to learn more about how to begin the verification process.
Content within a supplier's catalog is managed by the supplier.
Find partners on the ServiceTitan Marketplace. Get started by providing your company information to enable your account for all supplier integrations.
Easily add commonly purchased supplier items to your pricebook with a few clicks.

Bulk costs for Trane apply exclusively to equipment and accessories, not materials.
Catalog and Full Procurement Integrations
There are two types of supply chain integrations in ServiceTitan - Catalog Integration and Full Procurement Integration.
Catalog Integration: This allows you to subscribe to specific supplier catalogs and add items to your pricebook for immediate use in the field and other business areas.
Full Procurement Integration: This offers an integrated workflow for accessing real-time product information, contractor-specific pricing (vendor cost), and managing electronic purchase orders, invoices, accounts payable reconciliation, and payments within ServiceTitan. This allows you to create purchase orders with real-time pricing and availability checks across different locations and send them directly to the supplier's system from your ServiceTitan account.
There are two components of the Full Procurement Integration, which we sometimes roll out in Phases.
Phase 1: Product & Pricing Integration
Phase 2: Procurement Integration
While both integrations provide access to vendor catalogs, the Full Procurement Integration offers enhanced features such as visibility into vendor costs and real-time tracking of purchase orders and inventory across various locations.
