New
Use the Document Template Engine integration in Field Mobile App to apply customer-default templates and send polished documents: Before, you were restricted from being able to email and present documents created within the Template Manager. This prevented you from being able to share company formatted invoices and work orders. As a result only the office could issue these documents, adding inefficiency to the customer communication and billing process. Now, if a customer has a required format for their invoices or work orders, the Field Mobile App uses it and shows a final PDF preview before sending. For work orders, you can still select from available templates, but the app helps to guide the choices. This helps ensure you send accurate, branded paperwork on every job. For more, see:
Improvements
Track your time with confidence with new Timesheet Activity enhancements: Before with Flexible Timekeeping, you could change start or end times on active jobs, which could cause payrolls to be inaccurate. Now, edits to live activities are blocked unless you have the proper permissions, and a new floating status bar shows what activity is running. You’ll also see a confirmation prompt when clocking out, helping prevent accidental logouts or missed steps, and if you check “Don’t show this again,” your preference is saved for future shifts. These updates help keep time records clean and boost confidence in payroll and compliance. For more, see:

Track and manage daily technician work with the new Technician Work Summaries feature to keep billing accurate: In the past, when single or multiple technicians worked on multi-day commercial jobs, they had to document the summary of the work they performed in one shared invoice summary field, which could result in lost notes or overwritten details. Now, each technician can add their own individual time-stamped work summary in a dedicated field during close-out, and Titan Intelligence will roll these into a Work Summary that connects to your Work Order and Invoice DTE templates. Managers can require this summary before jobs close to ensure contract terms are met. This gives you a clear and trackable record of all work done across the job. Start communicating with the office and other technicians directly from the Field Mobile App—send internal chats and emails on jobs or projects: Before, field teams had to use outside tools like phone calls or Microsoft Teams to stay in touch. Now, you can view and reply to messages or emails right from the Field Mobile App. Internal messages also support @mentions and threads to help you stay organized.
