Things to know
Before you can start using the Field Mobile App, a technician profile must be created. There are two ways to do this:
Your office can email you an invitation to create a profile yourself.
Your office can manually create a profile for you and provide temporary sign-in credentials. You’re prompted to change your password after you sign in.
Passwords must:
Have 10 or more characters
Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase character, A–Z and a–z
Include at least one number, 0–9
Be uncommon and different from your last five passwords
Tip: To make your password more secure, include a special character like @ or #.
After one year, you’re prompted to reset your password for security.
If you sign in to the Field Mobile App on another device, you’ll be automatically signed out on your original device.
Coming soon to Field Mobile App Release 19.1: If needed, you can stay signed in on a phone and a tablet at the same time. To do this, tap the main Sign In button. Please note that tapping Use Legacy Login doesn’t allow you to stay signed in on multiple devices—it automatically signs you out on your original device.
Several features require you to sign in using the main Sign-In button, such as Messages, Projects, FleetPro, and Search.
