Things to know
Fleet Pro is not a GPS provider. It uses Azuga for telematics, requires GPS devices in vehicles, and integrates with ServiceTitan to display data throughout the platform.
Fleet Pro sections
ServiceTitan Fleet Pro consists of the following main sections:
Live Map: The Live Map section lets you track the locations of all the vehicles in your fleet and view a comprehensive record of important events, activities, and data related to the vehicles or assets in your fleet.
Fleet Data: The Fleet Data section is a hub that includes information about vehicles, assets, and drivers. Information in this section is derived from the GPS devices installed in the vehicles.
Reports: The Reports section is where you can review driver infractions and diagnostics for your fleet.
Maintenance: The Maintenance section is where your maintenance reminders are created and tracked.
Settings: The Settings section is where you can configure alerts, create vehicle or asset groups, and set geofences.
Fleet Pro features
GPS Timekeeping Integration
By utilizing the GPS timekeeping integration, you can use Fleet Pro to validate and resolve any discrepancies associated with arriving and departing a particular job.
The integration creates a temporary geofence around each of your jobs and indicates when the technician enters and exits the job to verify the accuracy of their timesheet submissions.
ServiceTitan identifies discrepancies by comparing the location of the technician’s mobile device through latitude and longitude and the location of the vehicle through GPS pings sent from Fleet Pro hardware.
While ServiceTitan highlights the discrepancies, timesheets and payroll still must be manually approved.

To learn more, see Set up GPS Timekeeping Integration and Use the GPS Timekeeping Integration.
Fleet Pro Live Map
The Live Map section in Fleet Pro provides you with real-time vehicle tracking, allowing you to monitor the exact location of each vehicle in your fleet. This real-time visibility helps improve route planning, optimize dispatching, and ensure timely arrival at the job site.
In addition, The vehicle history section in Fleet Pro’s Live Map lets you view a comprehensive record of important events, activities, and data related to a vehicle in your fleet. This serves as a breadcrumb trail that captures key information on your vehicle and lets you track and analyze the performance, maintenance, and operational history of your vehicles.
The Live map provides you a view of all your plugged-in devices, even if they aren’t directly paired to a driver.
Clicking on a vehicle/asset card takes you directly to that driver and their location on the map. By clicking the name of the device, you are taken to a view of all of the events for that driver on the date you have selected. Use the Display Routes toggle to review a connected trail of the entire day's route.

To learn more, see Understand Fleet Pro Live Map and Live Map vehicle history.
Driver Data
Driver Data is a repository for the technicians' data assigned to the vehicles in your system in addition to information about their driving score.

To learn more, see Driver Data overview.
Driver Scores
Driver Scores are points given to technicians based on their driving behavior. These scores identify the best-performing, as well as high-risk, drivers in your organization. Fleet Pro generates scores for events such as hard braking, speeding, hard acceleration, and idling. Basic information such as Distance and Drive Time is also included.
Driver Score is a backend algorithm that takes a handful of different events which have different severity and impact and uses them to create a ranking for your drivers. The core events measured for the technician scorecard are:
Hard Braking - This has the highest weight (50%) as it is the most indicative of potential accident behavior
Speeding - A combo of exceeding the speeding cap and the posted speed limit (30%)
Sudden Acceleration - Pressing hard on the gas as soon as the light goes green (20%)
Other factors for the calculation include:
Amount of miles driven
10 vs 100 miles makes a big difference
Weather for the given time period
Time of day
Duration of event captured
Speeding for 30 mins
The longer the event is, the worse the infraction
Severity of the event
30 MPH over vs 10 over
There is always a technician who is 100%
When reviewing driver scores, we recommend using this metric:
75 and higher is a safe
74-65 is concerning
65 and below is risky

To learn more, see Understand Driver Scores.
Vehicle Data
The Vehicle Data section includes a table with information such as the vehicle name, GPS Device Serial number used in the vehicle, and other information. This section also lets you customize the vehicle data table, view and activate vehicle data, and activate or deactivate vehicle records.

To learn more, see Vehicle Data overview.
Camera Data
The Camera Data section is a centralized repository to review all video based events that have been captured within your fleet of vehicles. There are two types of videos, camera data that is automatically loaded on the landing page with a general view of 25 clips, and videos that must be manually requested.
For the automatically loaded videos, there is a thumbnail preview that includes:
Driver
Vehicle
Time and date
Latitude and longitude
These videos can be downloaded and filtered to show 10 seconds before the event and 10 seconds after.
The Request video functionality allows you to request any video from the last 90 days
Note: Videos will not appear in ServiceTitan immediately after an event has happened. Please allow time for videos to generate for viewing.

To learn more, see Camera Data overview.
Event Report
The Event Report table provides a summary of alert events triggered by vehicles in your fleet. You can view the basic information about the alert event including the event report date and time, vehicle name, event type, and other information.

To learn more, see Event Report in Fleet Pro.
Maintenance Reminders
The Maintenance Reminder section in Fleet Pro allows you to create and update vehicle maintenance reminders. This helps you proactively manage the lifecycle of your fleet. Reminders can be viewed in ServiceTitan directly and be configured to be sent as email notifications.

To learn more, see Use Maintenance Reminders.
Fleet Pro Groups
Groups are a collection of vehicles/assets that help you organize your fleet. Save time by creating vehicle/asset groups and configuring in bulk instead of configuring one vehicle/asset at a time. This makes creating alerts and running reports much easier. Here are some examples of groups we recommend creating:
Service group
Sales group
Install Group
Types of vehicles - vans or pickups
Types of assets - stationary or non-stationary
Group of risky or newer drivers
Service Location - vehicles that work in a specific area
Note: Vehicles cannot be in multiple groups at once.

To learn more, see Fleet Pro Groups.
Geofences
Geofences allow you to create unique and custom geographic boundaries within North America. Use geofences to create alerts to get notifications for whatever vehicle activity happens in that area. We recommend creating geofences around landmarks or points of interest in your area.

To learn more, see Geofences overview, Create a geofence, and Edit or delete geofences.
Devices
The Devices section in Fleet Pro allows you to view your fleet’s GPS devices, AI SafetyCams, and Asset Trackers. Devices also allows you to check device health, reboot and calibrate cameras, and format SD cards without having to contact ServiceTitan support.

To learn more, see Manage Fleet Pro hardware from the Devices screen.
