Marketing Pro gives you the tools to create targeted campaigns, build custom audiences, and track performance — all from within ServiceTitan. Before you launch campaigns, make sure your account is configured and your team is ready.
Setup checklist
Verify company profile information
Confirm that all information in your company profile is accurate, as this will automatically populate the Company Details settings in Marketing Pro.
Confirm that your business hours are correct and up to date.
Check that your business units align with your audience segmentation needs. Marketing Pro allows you to target customers by business unit, so it's important that these fit your marketing strategies.
Review job types and tags
Clean up your job types and tags to effectively target specific customer segments.
Add any custom fields you want to use as merge tags and filters when creating campaigns and audiences.
Ensure your customer service representatives (CSRs) are trained to set customer notification preferences for marketing content.
Add campaign categories to organize and track your marketing efforts.
Add pre-existing marketing campaigns
Manually add any existing marketing campaigns to monitor their performance alongside Marketing Pro campaigns.
Ensure your recurring service types are set up so you can notify customers about upcoming services through your marketing campaigns.
Add tracking numbers to monitor leads from your marketing campaigns.
Register for SMS and MMS delivery
Complete the Register for Texting form to send text messages through SMS marketing campaigns. Otherwise, your messages will be blocked.
Set up the chat feature to create SMS marketing campaigns.
Required access
The Can access ServiceTitan Marketing Pro module permission is required to set up and use Marketing Pro. Contact your account administrator to have this enabled.
Once setup is complete
Launch Autopilot campaigns, build custom audiences, and send targeted content through email, SMS, and direct mail — all from within ServiceTitan.
