Overview
Marketing Pro offers three core functions: campaigns, email templates, and audiences. Each component can be managed at any time. You can apply the actions that you can take in the campaigns function as a template for all the actions you can take in the email templates and audiences functions.
Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content
This article is for Marketing Pro. If you are using Marketing Pro v2, see Marketing Pro v2 for content specific to your experience.
You can check your version following these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

Things to know
You can't archive live or scheduled campaigns.
You can’t archive audiences if they are attached to a live campaign.
Create contents
You can create Marketing Pro functions from Marketing Pro Analytics, Campaigns, and Audiences sections.
Create campaigns
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing > Pro Campaigns.
Note: You can create campaigns from Marketing Overview, Email, Direct Mail, Dashboard, and Campaigns.Click Create Campaign to build your marketing campaign. For more, see Marketing Pro.

Create email templates
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing > Email Templates.
Click Create new to add a new email template. For more, see Create email templates.

Create audiences
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing > Audiences.
Click Create new to add a new audience. For more, see Create Audiences.

View content details
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu Analytics is expanded by default, click Email, Direct Mail, Campaigns, or Audiences to view the items you want.

If you selected Campaigns, hover over the scheduled campaign content you want to view, click More
and then select View.Note: View is unavailable if the campaign is in draft mode. In this case, you can edit it. For more information, see Edit a campaign.
The details of the campaign opens.

Note: To stop a live campaign click Stop.
Clone contents
If you have content that’s working well, you can clone it to use it in other places or use it as a template for future campaigns, audiences, and templates.
Note: When you clone content, the options selected when creating the original content are saved.
To clone a campaign:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing.
In the side menu, select the Marketing Pro component you want to clone.
Hover over the campaign you want to clone, click More
, then select Clone.

Enter a name for the cloned content, and click Continue.
Depending on the type of content cloned, you’ll need to complete building email or direct mail campaigns, creating an email template, or generating an audience. You can add or remove any of the options when you first create the content.
Archive content
You can archive content to hide it from the dashboard and prevent it from being used by you or anyone from your team:
In the side menu, select the type of Marketing Pro content you want to archive.
Hover over the content you want to archive, click More
, and then select Archive. A confirmation pop-up opens.Click Confirm.

Unarchive content
Unarchive content that you previously archived to restore it to your dashboard and allow your team to use it:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
. In the side menu, select the type of Marketing Pro content you want to restore.
Click the title, and select Archived.
Hover over the content you want to restore, click More
and then select Unarchive.
On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm.
