Marketing Pro overview and basics for Offices

Overview

Marketing Pro is a campaign and analytics tool that helps you amplify your company's brand awareness. Use it to track analytics, create campaigns, and manage your audiences. For how to switch between your offices, see Marketing Pro Corporate HQ and Offices access and switch.

Things to know

   
• The first time you sign in to your office in Marketing Pro, you're prompted to add a Brand and configure its email settings. For more, see Manage Marketing Brand's Settings.
   
• You can add your office logos to brand the content you share with your customer base.
   
• Customize your emails using pre-built templates that you can edit and use across your campaigns. For more, see Manage Marketing Pro Email Templates.
   
• Campaigns are designed to help you execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, and create effective email and direct mail campaigns.
   
• Campaigns are not sent to accounts added to the suppression lists from both Corporate HQ and other Offices.
   
• You can only view and manage campaign details created by you.

Use cases for campaigns

   
• Reach out to new customers who have recently signed up to welcome them and offer additional services.
   
• Target audiences that use specific services in their homes, encouraging them to sign up for additional services they could benefit from. Similarly, target audiences who don't have a specific service and try to upsell them to those services.
   
• Follow up with customers who recently canceled or who haven't reached out in a while to win them back.

Understand Marketing Pro sections for Offices

Marketing Pro for Offices includes sections for Analytics, Campaigns, and Audiences.

Analytics for Offices

In the Analytics section, you can view, track, and compare marketing progress for the campaigns you created. For more, see Use Marketing Pro Analytics.

Note: When you select more than one account from the Accounts filter, the campaign performance tables show the Account that created the marketing campaigns you track.

Campaigns for Offices

The Campaigns section in Marketing Pro has two sub-sections:

   
• Campaign Manager: Here, you can:        
             
  • Create campaigns
             
  • View all your campaigns and their details
         
     
   

• Note: When creating marketing campaigns from the Office you can only select the Segments created in the Office.

   
• Email Template: Here you can:        
             
  • Create campaign content templates
             
  • View templates created by you
             
  • Clone public templates created by the Marketing Pro content team to be used by your team.
             
  • View and use published Corporate HQ templates created by your Corporate HQ

Audiences for Offices

The Audiences section in Marketing Pro has three sub-sections:

   
• Segments: Create and manage segments that help you understand, target, and analyze your customer base. You can also build segments to target customers with specific needs. For example, you can welcome new customers, upsell additional services, or win back past customers who have canceled their services. For more, see Manage Marketing Pro Segments.In the Segments sub-section, you can view and edit all your Office segments and their details. When creating a marketing campaign in Office, you can only select the segments you created in the Office. For more, see Actions you can take in Marketing Pro Campaign Manager.
   
• Contacts: Manage the contacts synced from your Office's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) into Marketing Pro. For more, see Manage Marketing Pro Contacts.
   
• Suppression: Manage the email suppression list so you won't send emails to suppressed email addresses through Marketing Pro. For more, see Manage the Suppression list.

Note: You can only remove suppression accounts that were added by your office.

Tip: Use the Office filter to quickly find suppression accounts that you want to export or remove.
