Marketing Pro Campaign Manager overview

Overview

Use Campaign Manager to view your marketing campaigns' type, status, and other details. You can also take actions to manage your campaign's efficiency.

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team

  • Primarily for Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types.

View the Campaign Manager dashboard

       
  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
  2.    
  3. In the Campaign Manager table, you can view campaign details:
       
  • Name: Unique name of the campaign.
  •    
  • Account: The Corporate HQ or Offices account that created the campaign.
  •    
  • Delivery Logic: The campaign delivery method—Automated or One-Time—that was used when creating the campaign.
  •    
  • Medium: The channel through which the campaign launched.
  •    
  • Status: The status of the campaign, based on its progress from the date it was created.
  •    
  • Campaign Type: The type of campaign that was chosen when the campaign was created.
  •    
  • Launch Date: The date the campaign was launched.
  •    
  • Last Modified: The date the campaign was last updated.

Understand campaign statuses

Campaigns fall under one of five statuses:

       
  • Draft: Unfinished and not ready for launch.
  •    
  • Scheduled: Complete and ready for launch. Scheduled campaigns automatically begin on their launch date at 6:00 AM local time unless a different delivery time is entered.
  •    
  • Live: Actively sending marketing content to customers.
  •    
  • Finished: Sent all marketing content's campaigns.
  •    
  • Stopped: Manually stopped before sending all associated marketing content.

Understand campaign types

Use the following types of campaigns to fit your marketing needs:

       
  • Unsold Estimates: Target customers with open estimates.
  •    
  • Cross-sell Related Services: Reach out to customers with services related to what they've bought from your company in the past and might be interested in later.
  •    
  • Inactive Customers: Follow up with customers who have no recent activity.
  •    
  • Newsletter: Reach out to customers with promotions, announcements, and updates in a monthly newsletter.
  •    
  • Customer Welcome: Reach out to new customers.

Campaign details actions

When you click the name of a campaign, an overview opens. Depending on the status of the campaign, you can:

       
  • Click More at the top of a live email campaign details to edit, clone, or archive the campaign.
  •    
  • If the campaign is not live, click the campaign name or click More to finalize and launch your campaign. For more, see Actions you can take on Marketing Pro Campaign workflow.

You can also make changes to the campaigns from the table on Campaign Manager screen.
