Use a pre-built template

If you want to use a pre-built template, you can select and edit an email template as you build a campaign. Remember, the template you're editing at this point is the duplicate: the original template is preserved.

  1. On the Select Template screen, find the template you want.

Note: You can use the Filters, Search, and Sort By to find a template. For more, see Manage Marketing Pro Email Templates.

  7. To add content to your email, select the Content tab in the side menu.

    1. From the Content tab, drag and drop the content elements you want to use into the template's body.
    2.
    3. Click the other tabs to add elements, such as rows and settings, as needed. For more on building marketing email templates, see Manage Marketing Pro Email Templates.
    4.

  8.
  9. When finished, click Save and return to the workflow. The Subject Line and Preview Text are generated automatically.
  10.
  11. Set the date you want to schedule your email to send.
  12.
  13. To preview, edit, or remove the selected template, hover over the selected template and select an action.
  14.
  15. When finished adding the email template, click Save.

Note: If you want to add other campaigns or a delay, click the Plus icon and add an item. Or, click Save & Continue to go to the campaign sections.

Send a second email campaign

Campaigns can be a single email template sent repeatedly, or different email templates sent sequentially on a delay. To add a second email campaign:

  1. Click the Plus icon, then select Delay.
  2.
  3. Enter the number of Days, Hours, or Minutes you want to wait before sending the next email for the campaign.

Note: You can add a wait time of up to 1000 days between emails.

  4.
  5. Click Save.
