Audiences for Corporate HQ

The Audiences section in Marketing Pro has three sub-sections:

  • Segments: Create and manage segments that help to understand, target, and analyze your customer base. You can also build segments to target customers with specific needs. For example, welcome new customers, upsell additional services, or win back past customers who have canceled their services. For more, see Manage Marketing Pro Segments. In the Segments sub-section, you can view and edit all your Corporate HQ and Office segments and their details. However, the segments you update from any office are saved back in the Office account that created the segment originally.

When creating a marketing campaign in Corporate HQ, you can only select the segments you created in Corporate HQ. To use another Office's segment, first clone the segment and then use it within a Corporate HQ campaign. For more, see Actions you can take in Marketing Pro Campaign Manager.

  • Contacts: Manage the contacts generated from the operation's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of each individual office into Marketing Pro. For more, see Manage Marketing Pro Contacts.

  • Suppression: Manage the email suppression list so you won't send email campaigns to suppressed email addresses through Marketing Pro. For more, see Manage the Suppression list. Adding an account to the suppression list from Corporate HQ suppresses this account in all offices.

Tip: You can remove suppression accounts that were added by you and your offices.

Note: Use the Office filter to quickly find suppression accounts that you want to export or remove.
