Overview
Use Marketing Pro's Campaign Manager to create, edit, clone, stop, resume, remove, or archive your marketing campaigns.
Who uses this feature
Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team
Primarily for Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types.
Things to know
You can't archive live or scheduled campaigns.
Create campaigns
Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
Note: You can create campaigns from Analytics and Campaigns.
Click Create Campaign. For more, see Create Campaigns.

Edit a campaign
You can edit all sections of a campaign you created:
Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
Find the campaign you want to edit. Click More
> Edit. Note: Edit is unavailable if:
The campaign is finished or stopped. In this case, you can clone and then edit it. For more, see Clone a campaign.
The campaign is scheduled. In this case, you should revert the campaign to draft, then make the updates.
In the Content section of the campaign if you haven't created the campaign.

After you click Edit, you're taken back to the campaign builder. From there, you can go to any section you want to edit and click Edit.

When finished, click Continue.
Click Schedule Campaign to launch the campaign if you're ready to do so. If you want to save your campaign and work on it later, click Save as Draft.
Edit campaign's content
Note: You can change the content for campaigns created by you only.
To edit the different steps of your campaign content:
Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
Find the campaign you want to edit, then click More
> Edit.In the Content section, click Edit.

In the campaign multi-step builder that opens make the changes you need.
When finished, click Save.

Clone a campaign
If you have a campaign that's working well, you can clone it to use it in other places or use as a template for future campaigns.
Note: When you clone a campaign, the options selected when creating the original content are saved.
To clone a campaign:
Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
Hover over the campaign you want to clone, click More
then select Clone. 
On the Clone campaign screen that opens, enter a name for the cloned campaign, then click Continue.

Depending on the type of content cloned, you may need to finish building the campaign.
Archive campaigns
You can archive a campaign to hide it from the dashboard and prevent it from being used by you or anyone from your team. To archive a campaign:
Hover over the campaign you want to archive, click More
then select Archive. 
On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm.
Unarchive campaigns
Unarchive the campaign that you previously archived to restore it to your dashboard and allow your team to use it:
Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
On the Campaign Manager screen, click the dropdown arrow next to Campaign Manager and select Archived Campaigns.

Hover over the campaign you want to restore, click More
, then select Unarchive. 
On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm.
