Built-in reports are standardized reports provided out-of-the-box to all contractors. These reports are designed to deliver valuable business insights without the need for custom report creation.
How it works
Most built-in reports are automatically available to you when you go to Reports in the main navigation menu. You can view all built-in reports by using the Created By filter and filtering for ServiceTitan.
Built-in reports are organized by the business function they report on. For example, any built-in report that deals with technician data is located in the Technician section.
Each report includes a brief description to help you understand the data shown in the report.
