Overview
Use the Follow Up screen to filter, review, export agreements, check statuses, and apply bulk actions across multiple service agreements.
Who uses this feature
Administrators and CSRs
Primarily for Commercial Service and Replacement, and Commercial Construction business types
Feature configuration
Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Open service agreements
Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Up
.In the side menu, click Service Agreements.
The Service Agreements screen opens, displaying a table of all agreements.

Filter service agreements
Use the filters at the top to filter your agreements. You can filter by:
Agreement Name: Use the text box to enter the name of an agreement.
Status: Select from Draft, Sent, Rejected, Accepted, or Activated. You can select one or more statuses to filter by.
Customers: Search to find a customer or select the customer name from the list.
Locations: Search to find a location or select the location from the list.
Business Unit: Select a Business Unit.
Summary: Use the text box to enter key terms from the summary.
Start Date: Use the calendar to select the start date of the agreement, or enter the date in the Start Date field.
End Date: Use the calendar to select the end date of the agreement, or enter the date in the End Date field.
Total Agreement Price: Set a Minimum and Maximum for the total agreement price.
Account Manager: The account manager assigned to the agreement.
Tags: Select tags from the dropdown list.
Auto-renew Status: View if the agreement has auto-renew Enabled or Disabled.
Renewal Status: Select from Renewed or Not Renewed. Renewed means the agreement has a linked renewal agreement. Not Renewed means there is no linked renewal agreement, or the linked renewal agreement was deleted or deactivated.
Last Sent Date: The date when the agreement was last emailed to the customer from within ServiceTitan. Select from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or choose a specific Start Date and End Date range.
Creation Method: Shows if the agreement was created by Renewal, Imported, Manual, or Manual Renewal.
Created On: Use the calendar to select the date the agreement was created.
E-Sign Status: Select from Pending E-Sign, E-Signed, or N/A.
Custom fields: Any custom fields created in Service Agreement Settings appear as filters you can use here.
You can also:
Export: Download the list of agreements in Excel, PDF, or CSV format.
Coming ST-80:
When you export, you choose whether to include only the columns currently visible in the table or all available columns.
Edit Columns: Reorder, hide, show, lock, or unlock columns of the agreements table.
Tip: Click Agreement ID, Agreement Name, Customer Name, Location Name, or Opportunity Name from the agreements table to open these records.
Edit columns in the service agreements table
Customize the agreements table view by reordering, hiding, showing, locking, or unlocking columns.
On the Service Agreements screen, click Edit Columns.

From the drawer that opens, you can:
Click Lock
to keep a column fixed.Click Hide
to remove it from the table view.Coming ST-80:
Note: Hidden columns can also be left out of your exports. For more, see Export service agreements.
Use
to drag columns and rearrange their order.
When finished, click Apply.

Tip: To remove applied filters, click Reset Defaults.
Note: If your company is using ServiceTitan CRM (ST CRM) and a service agreement has a linked opportunity, the Opportunity column shows the Opportunity Name as a clickable link that opens the opportunity in ServiceTitan CRM in a new tab. If no opportunity is linked, this column remains blank. ServiceTitan CRM is currently in Early Access and is subject to change. If you want to enable this feature for your account, reach out to your customer success manager (CSM) for details.
Use saved filter views
Note: Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact your customer success manager (CSM) or Technical Support for details.
Saved filter views let you save a combination of filters so you can quickly switch between the ways you most often review your agreements, without resetting your filters each time.
Create a saved filter view
Set the filters, columns, column order, and column sort you want to save.
Click the Saved Filters dropdown then select Save Current Filter.

Enter a Filter Name then click Add Saved Filter.

Edit or delete a saved filter view
Click the Saved Filters dropdown then click Edit Saved Filters.
Click Edit
next to the view you want to change.
Update the saved filter as needed then click Update Filter, or click Delete Filter to remove it.

Export service agreements
Export service agreements after you filter them to download and share your data for reporting or record-keeping.
Coming ST-80:
Note: Choosing which columns to include in your export is available only if saved filter views are enabled for your account. To request access, contact your customer success manager (CSM).
On the Service Agreements screen, filter the agreements and click Export. You can download the report in three different formats:
Excel (*.xlsx)
PDF (*.pdf)
Comma separated (*.csv)

Coming ST-80:
Select the format you want to export, then choose one of the following options:
Click Visible columns to include only the columns you can currently see in the table.
Note: If you changed which columns are visible since you last saved a filter view, the export matches what you see now, not the saved view.Click All columns to include every available column, including any you have hidden.

Note: Your filters, sort order, and search only affect which visits appear in the export, not which columns.
Perform bulk actions on service agreements
Bulk actions on service agreements let you update multiple agreements at once, eliminating the need to manage them individually and reducing manual work. This includes:
