Overview

Use the Follow Up screen to filter, review, export agreements, check statuses, and apply bulk actions across multiple service agreements.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators and CSRs

  • Primarily for Commercial Service and Replacement, and Commercial Construction business types

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Open Service Agreements

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Up.

  2. In the side menu, click Service Agreements.

The Service Agreements page opens, displaying a table of all agreements.

Use filters

Use the filters at the top to filter your agreements. You can filter by:

  • Agreement Name: Use the text box to enter the name of an agreement.

  • Status: Select from Draft, Sent, Rejected, Accepted, or Activated. You can select one or more statuses to filter by.

  • Customers: Search to find a customer or select the customer name from the list.

  • Locations: Search to find a location or select the location from the list.

  • Business Unit: Select a Business Unit.

  • Summary: Use the text box to enter key terms from the summary.

  • Start Date: Use the calendar to select the start date of the agreement, or enter the date in the Start Date field.

  • End Date: Use the calendar to select the end date of the agreement, or enter the date in the End Date field.

  • Total Agreement Price: Set a minimum and maximum for the total agreement price.

  • Account Manager: Account manager assigned to the agreement.

  • Tags: Select tags from the dropdown list.

  • Auto-renew Status: View if the agreement has auto-renew Enabled or Disabled.

  • Creation Method: Shows if the agreement was created by Renewal, Imported, Manual, or Manual Renewal.

  • Created On: Use the calendar to select the date the agreement was created.

  • Export: Use Export to download the list of agreements in Excel, PDF, or CSV format.

  • Edit Columns: Reorder, hide, show, lock, or unlock columns of the agreements table.

Tip: Click Agreement ID, Agreement Name, Customer Name, and Location Name from the agreements table to open these records.

Export Service Agreements

Export service agreements after you filter them to download and share your data for reporting or record-keeping.

  1. On the Service Agreements screen, filter the agreements and click Export. The report can be downloaded in three different formats:        

    1. Excel.

    2. PDF.

Edit Service Agreements table

Customize the agreements table view by reordering, hiding, showing, locking, or unlocking columns.

  1. On the Service Agreements screen, click Edit ColumnsUser interface showing options to edit columns in a data table.

  2. From the drawer that opens, you can:        

    1. Click Lock to keep a column fixed.

    2. Click Hide to remove it from the table view.

    3. Useto drag columns to rearrange their order.

  3. When finished, click ApplyEditing service agreement columns with options to show, hide, or reorder elements.

Note: To remove applied filters, click Reset Defaults.

Perform bulk actions on service agreements

Bulk actions on service agreements let you update multiple agreements at once, eliminating the need to manage them individually and reducing manual work. This includes:
