Overview

Renew multiple expiring service agreements at once to save time and reduce repetitive manual work.

  • Administrators and CSRs

  • Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Renew service agreements in bulk

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Up > Service Agreements.

  2. In the side menu, click Service Agreements.

  3. From the Service Agreements page, select the agreements that need renewal.

  4. Click Actions, and from the dropdown select Renew AgreementsUser selects 'Renew Agreements' option from the actions menu in service agreements table.

  5. From the pop-up that opens, click Renew Agreements.

Note: You can only renew service agreements in the Activated status. This creates renewals for each agreement in the Draft status.

The Agreements Renewed Successfully message appears to confirm that the agreements have been renewed.

View errors

View, troubleshoot, and re-run the bulk actions if you received an error message.

  1. Click View Errors on the error message. Service agreements overview showing renewal status and errors for specific agreements.

On the drawer that opens, you can view the details of the error.

  1. Click the Agreement ID to open the agreement in a new tab and fix the errors.

  2. When finished, return to the drawer and click Re-run Renew AgreementsTwo agreements failed to renew, displaying error types and details for review.

A renewal has already been created.
