Overview

Update the status of multiple service agreements at once to save time and reduce repetitive manual work.

  • Administrators, estimators, project managers, operations managers, and CSRs

  • Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Change service agreements status in bulk

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Up .

  2. In the side menu, click Service Agreements.

  3. From the Service Agreements page, select the agreements you want to change the status of.

  4. Click Actions, and from the dropdown select Change StatusService agreements table showing actions, statuses, and details for various agreements.

  5. From the Change Agreement Status pop-up that opens, select the Agreement Status you want to apply. Popup window to change agreement status for selected items in a list.

  6. When finished, click Change Status.

The Statuses Changed Successfully message appears to confirm that the new status has been applied.

The following status changes are allowed:

  • From DraftSent, Accepted, Activated, Rejected.

  • From SentDraft, Accepted, Rejected, Activated.

  • From AcceptedDraft, Sent, Activated, Rejected.

  • From RejectedDraft, Sent, Accepted.

  • From Auto-RenewDraft, Sent, Accepted, Activated, Rejected.

Note: If the agreement status is Activated, you can't change it.

View errors

View, troubleshoot, and re-run the bulk actions if you received an error message.

  1. Click View Errors on the error message. Service agreements overview showing successful changes and encountered errors notification.On the drawer that opens, you can view the details of the error.

  2. Click the Agreement ID to open the agreement in a new tab and fix the errors.

  3. When finished, return to the drawer and click Re-run Change StatusTwo agreements show errors: missing fields and invalid status requiring attention.
