Core Products

Dispatching

Strengthen the Dispatching Experience improvements to keep your new Dispatch Board consistent and reliable: These improvements to the new redesigned Dispatch Board helps you reschedule faster, see clearer job timing, and keep your filters and preferences in place. What this means for you:

  • Keep filters active while switching board views to monitor project phases.

  • Reschedule multiple site visits due to material delays.

  • Allow arrival windows to adjust when earlier work runs long.

Field Mobile App

Send forms for e-signature in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App: This is a new feature that enables technicians to collect customer signatures on standard and PDF forms contactlessly by sending a secure link via email or SMS, so customers can review and sign on their own devices. What this means for you:

  • A technician on a large commercial build needs to collect signatures on multiple compliance forms before a phase is marked complete. The technician sends each form individually from the Forms tab, and status updates appear in real time as the customer signs.

Send required job signatures remotely with the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App: This is a new feature that lets technicians send required job signature requests—such as customer authorization and acknowledgement—directly to customers via email or SMS, so customers can sign on their own device without sharing the technician's phone. What this means for you:

  • A technician finishing a commercial construction phase needs a customer authorization from the general contractor before the job can close. The general contractor is on a different floor of the building. The technician sends the signature request via SMS, and the contractor signs on their phone without having to walk to the job site.

  • After completing an electrical rough-in for a commercial build, a technician sends a customer acknowledgement to the project manager via email. The project manager reviews and signs on their device, and the signature is recorded in the job audit trail automatically.

  • A technician completing systems commissioning on a commercial construction project needs a required acknowledgement signature. They send the Visit Assistant link to the on-site coordinator, who signs remotely, and the technician sees the status confirmed before submitting the job for closeout.

Generate estimate names and summaries with Titan Intelligence in the Field Mobile App: This new feature uses Titan Intelligence (TI) to automatically generate estimate names and summaries for technicians in the Field Mobile App, saving time and reducing manual writing during a job. What this means for you:

  • A technician on a large commercial project creates an estimate for electrical work. They include the completed inspection form and estimate items as inputs. TI generates a summary that aligns with the documented scope, which the technician saves and presents to the project manager on-site.

  • A technician with both the Generate Estimate Name and Summary with AI permission and the Edit Estimate Name and Summary permission enabled can generate TI output and then manually refine the summary before saving—giving full control over the final content.

  • A technician without internet access opens an existing estimate with a saved summary. The Assisted tab is accessible to view the current content, but the Regenerate button and job info selections are disabled. The technician can still manually edit the summary using the Manual tab.

Manage equipment media and documents in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App: This is a new feature that lets technicians capture, upload, view, and manage photos, videos, and documents directly on equipment records in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App. What this means for you:

  • A technician on a new build records install photos, startup readings, and panel labels on each piece of equipment so future crews can see what was done without digging through old files.

  • A foreman reviews equipment attachments from the trailer to confirm work is complete before approving a draw or moving to the next phase.

  • A service team returning to a completed project pulls up the equipment record in the Field Mobile App to see original install photos and data before starting warranty work.

Add serialized items to invoices in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App: This is a new feature that enables technicians to select or enter serial numbers for serialized inventory items on invoices in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App, ensuring serial number data is captured at the point of service. What this means for you:

  • Capture serials on large multi-stage units at start-up so commissioning paperwork and job invoices share the same data.

  • Record serials for pumps, control panels, and valves as they are signed off in the field so closeout documents stay aligned.

  • Help project managers prove what was installed on each floor or zone by pulling invoices with serial details from ServiceTitan.

Identity and User Management

Restore access faster with admin-controlled unlock for MFA initialization lockouts: This improvement lets you reset the 1-hour multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup cooldown so you can try again right away. What this means for you:

  • A project executive is locked out during MFA setup before reviewing cost reports. You reset the cooldown so reporting stays on schedule.

  • A field supervisor setting up a new device fails MFA setup multiple times. You clear the lockout to restore access.

  • An operations leader cannot access dashboards due to the 1-hour MFA cooldown. You remove the restriction to avoid delays in decisions.

Control access with New Security permissions for multi-factor authentication (MFA): This improvement adds new Security permissions for multi-factor authentication (MFA) so you can control who can view, edit, and receive notifications. What this means for you:

  • You separate security review duties from configuration duties using View MFA and Edit MFA.

  • You keep notification emails limited to key security contacts.

  • You manage all MFA permissions under the new Security category for clearer oversight.

Identify privileged users on MFA to Prepare for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement: This improvement adds a Privileged column and filter on the Security > Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) page so you can see which employees have high-risk permissions and confirm MFA is turned on before enforcement. What this means for you:

  • An Administrator oversees multiple large projects with complex billing. The Privileged column shows which accounts have sensitive financial permissions.

  • Before a compliance review, the Administrator filters for Privileged users and confirms MFA enrollment.

  • When onboarding new leadership staff, the Administrator uses the MFA page to verify high-risk access is secured.

Pro Products

Contact Center Pro

Improve Contact Center Pro with clearer reports, daily performance insights, and a cleaner conversation history: These improvements to Contact Center Pro give you clearer reports, real-time daily performance insight, and a cleaner conversation history. What this means for you:

  • You analyze high call volume across large projects. Totals now align with their labels for clearer reporting.

  • Transfer and direct line fields show accurate breakdowns of call flow.

  • You confirm answered totals before using the data in executive reviews.

Field Pro

Find matched Pricebook and Vendor parts in Equipment Hub Replacement Part Matches to move faster: This improvement shows matched Pricebook materials and Vendor catalog parts next to Bluon replacement parts in Equipment Hub so you can review and act without manual searches. What this means for you:

  • A project manager reviews replacement components for a multi-unit build. Matched Pricebook materials appear next to Bluon parts. The manager selects the link to verify project pricing.

  • A procurement lead checks Vendor catalog matches before placing bulk orders. The linked record confirms supplier and part details.

  • A construction administrator reviews equipment specs. Direct links to matched materials support faster internal review.
