What's changing?
Before, if someone failed multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup too many times, ServiceTitan blocked new attempts for one hour. You could not remove the cooldown, even after you confirmed their identity. Now, you can view a person's cooldown status in ServiceTitan. You can manually reset the 1-hour MFA lockout and let them restart setup without waiting. This reduces downtime and helps your team get back to work faster.
