These improvements to the new redesigned Dispatch Board helps you reschedule faster, see clearer job timing, and keep your filters and preferences in place.
What's changing?
We updated the new Dispatch Board to help you complete work faster and with fewer errors. Changes include:
Mass Reschedule Button: Reschedule multiple jobs at once using the Mass Reschedule button in the Dispatch Center header instead of moving jobs one by one.
Non-Job Event (NJE) Expected Duration: View NJE-based expected duration directly on job cards in the new Daily Dispatch Board (Horizontal and Vertical) to see time commitments at a glance.
Preserved Filters Across Views: Keep technician, zone, business unit, and other filters applied when switching between Classic, Daily, and Weekly board views.
Permission Message on New Boards: See a clear, actionable message on new boards when you do not have the required permissions.
Technician Shift Type Filter: Filter technicians by Shift Type without restrictions.
