Field Mobile App

View and manage a consolidated project invoice in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App: This improvement gives technicians a single, consolidated view of the project invoice across all jobs in a project directly from the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App, so they can review line items, collect signatures, process payments, and share the invoice without leaving the field. What this means for you:

  • A roofing crew lead wraps up a multi-phase roof replacement that spanned a tear-off job and an installation job. Instead of reviewing each job invoice separately, they open the consolidated project invoice in the Field Mobile App to confirm all materials and labor are captured before presenting the total to the homeowner.

  • A technician collects the homeowner's acknowledgement signature at the project level directly in the app after completing a storm damage repair that required multiple job visits, then processes the remaining project balance as a single payment on site.

  • When the customer requests a copy of their invoice, the technician taps Present and ServiceTitan uses the roofing company's configured Document Template Manager layout—keeping branding and formatting consistent with what the office sends for every project.

Roofing

Edit previously completed Spec-Based Estimate Template Forms to generate new estimates or replace existing estimates on Desktop: This improvement to Spec-Based Estimate Templates (SBET) allows inside sales and office staff to open, edit, and resubmit SBET forms directly from the desktop job page, bringing the desktop experience to parity with the mobile app. What this means for you:

  • A homeowner calls back after a roofing inspection to ask about upgrading from a 3-tab shingle to an architectural shingle. The inside sales rep opens the desktop job page, finds the completed Spec-Based Estimate Template (SBET) form, updates the material inputs, and selects Replace Existing Estimates to generate a revised proposal without sending the technician back to the roof.

  • After a storm damage assessment is completed on mobile, the office determines that the square footage measurement needs to be corrected based on updated aerial data. The office staff member opens the SBET form on desktop, adjusts the measurements, and saves to generate a corrected estimate — choosing to replace the original so the homeowner receives accurate pricing.

  • A sales manager wants to offer a homeowner two package options after an exterior inspection — one for a full roof replacement and one for a repair. They open the SBET form on desktop, complete a second pass with updated scope values, and select Create Additional Estimates so both options appear on the job without removing the original estimate.

View Exteriors Measurements on the Location Record to confirm details faster: This improvement displays the Measurements table directly on the Location record so you can review and download files without opening a Job. What this means for you:

  • A Customer Service Representative (CSR) reviews an Opportunity for a roofing estimate. The CSR opens the Location and checks past measurements without opening a Job.

  • An estimator confirms roof dimensions before building a proposal. The estimator downloads the Portable Document Format (PDF) file directly from the Location record.

  • An office team member manages multiple Opportunities at one home. The team reviews all measurement records in one table at the Location level instead of checking each Job.

Add Measurement Reporting KPIs in Location + Estimates datasets to surface measurement counts and sources in reports: This improvement adds measurement key performance indicators (Key Performance Indicator (KPI)) to the Location and Estimates datasets so you can report on measurement usage and source. What this means for you:

  • A Manager runs a Location-level report that shows how many measurement reports exist per home. The report uses the Measurement Source field to separate contractor-provided reports from third-party reports.

  • An Accountant runs an Estimates report to identify which estimates were generated using measurement data. The report includes Created Date to track recent measurement activity.

  • A CSR verifies how many measurement reports are tied to a specific Location while preparing a quote. The CSR adds Measurement Name and Status to a saved report to filter ready vs. in-progress measurements.
