FAQ

Why are service codes marked as Retired in Pricebook Pro?

Vendors may deactivate items in their catalogs, often to remove outdated or discontinued offerings. These deactivated items are marked as Retired in your Pricebook Pro to reflect the vendor’s changes.

If you previously downloaded or mapped the item from a vendor catalog, it remains available in your Pricebook even after being retired. However, it won't receive future updates from the vendor catalog unless the vendor reactivates it.
