Use TURNS single application waterfall financing in Customer Portal

Overview

You can submit a single financing application that automatically applies to multiple lenders in a pre-defined sequence, increasing your customer's chances of approval.

Things to know

  • To use single application waterfall financing, GreenSky®, GoodLeap, ServiceFinance, or Synchrony must be enabled, along with TURNS.

  • All financing is provided by third-party financing partners; ServiceTitan is not responsible for any credit decisions.

  • Contractor financing fees may vary based on the selected plan and are subject to individual lender terms.

  • Approval rates based on data provided by TURNS, and represents the aggregate approval rates for prime lender and TURNS Second Look Waterfall.

Step 1: View your proposal in Customer Portal

  1. Log in to Customer Portal.

  2. In the side panel, click Proposals.

  3. On the Proposals screen, click View Proposal.

  4. On the proposal details screen, review the available estimates and click See if you prequalify for the estimate you want.

Step 2: Submit a prequalification application for financing

  1. On the Apply for Financing screen, click Edit :        

    1. Under Sale Amount, enter the desired loan amount.

    2. If applicable, add the down payment amount.

    3. Click Find Plans to continue. 

  2. Each plan option that was shown on the estimate is available to choose from. Find the plan you want then click Select Plan. 

  3. On the next screen, confirm your information and fill out the application form. Click Next to continue. 

  4. Review and agree to the terms and conditions then click Submit Application. 

The application is processed and you'll see the status within minutes:

  • If the application to the primary lender is declined, it's sent to a secondary lender. 

  • If the application is approved by the second lender, you'll receive an approval message and the conditions of the loan. 

  • Select a plan then click Confirm Selection to accept the offer. 

  • The application is sent. Click Return to Job to go back to the job.
