When the first-look lender declines an application, financing can continue seamlessly through the TURNS second-look waterfall solution. This integration automatically evaluates offers across various lenders, from backup prime to no-credit-required financing, helping your customers secure better financing terms. This enhancement ensures you close more jobs while controlling your financing costs, leading to higher revenue.

Things to know

  • TURNS second-look financing is available for Wells Fargo, Goodleap, GreenSky®, Financeit, and Service Finance integrations.

  • All financing is provided by third-party financing partners; ServiceTitan is not responsible for any credit decisions.

  • Approval rates based on data provided by TURNS, and represents the aggregate approval rates for prime lender and TURNS Second Look Waterfall.

  • Contractor financing fees may vary based on the selected plan and are subject to individual lender terms.

Submit a TURNS prequalification application

To offer second-look financing options:

  1. Go through the application process for your first-look financing integration.

  2. If the application is declined, tap Prequalify with TURNS Financing

  3. Confirm the desired loan amount and the customer's first name, last name, email, and phone number. 

  4. Enter the customer details and income information.

  5. When finished, click Continue. 

  6. Have the customer review the disclosures and agree to the terms.

  7. When finished, tap Submit Application

  8. If the application is approved, have the customer review the offers presented.

  9. Select an offer and then tap Select Offer. 

  10. Review the offer details and contact information.

  11. When finished, tap Confirm Selection

A link has now been sent to the customer's email and phone number where they can complete their TURNS application.

View additional options

If the second-look TURNS application is also declined, tap View Additional Options to redirect the customer to a TURNS webpage to explore no credit options. From here, the customer is prompted to enter in additional information in order to find a suitable offer.
