Overview
When setting up TURNS loan options in ServiceTitan, technicians and office employees can offer financing to customers by emailing a link to their estimates in an online portal. In the portal, customers can choose from available financing plans and apply for a second look TURNS loan if their first application was declined. They can enter a loan amount to view the corresponding monthly payments for the available plans, which also determines their eligibility for specific plans.

Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
The Edit integrated financing settings permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Before using this feature
Before using this feature, you first need to:
Set up online estimates. You can customize your invoice email template to include the {OnlineEstimateLink} text.
Set up your TURNS integration. You can create default and custom rules to customize your financing plans.
Allow customers to apply for financing through online estimates
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Integrations > Financing.
Click the Financing Display Settings tab.
Turn on the Allow Customer to Apply for Financing Through Online Estimates toggle.

Select a financing provider to show in Online Estimates.
Note: TURNS cannot be selected here as it is used for second look financing applications in the customer portal.
Click Enable Turns in online estimates.
Click Save.
The TURNS integration is now automatically included as a second look option on all estimates accessed through the Online Estimates Portal.
Invite customers to complete a financing application
You can invite customers to complete a financing application by emailing them a link to view their estimates online, which can be done from both the ServiceTitan and ServiceTitan Mobile. For more, see Use Online Estimates.
Online estimates workflow for TURNS financing
When your customer receives and opens an online estimate, they have the option to apply for TURNS financing directly from the Online Estimates Portal after their first look application is denied.
Send an estimate email to a customer, which includes an estimates link to the Online Estimates Portal.
When the customer clicks the estimates link, the portal opens, showing their estimates.
When a customer clicks See if you prequalify, a new browser page with the loan application opens.If the customer's first application is denied, they are offered the option to prequalify with TURNS.
The customer is directed to the TURNS website and loan application form and process. ServiceTitan has no control over the questions or application processes from here.
