Things to know

  • If your office has a required format for estimates, the Field Mobile App uses that template and allows you to preview it as a PDF before sending. You can still select from available templates, but the app helps to guide the choices.

  • The names of certain screens, tabs, and so on may be different based on your selection in Menu > Settings. For more, see Show Residential or Commercial terms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.

Use cases

  • As a technician, you work for a residential business that requires a specific template for estimates.
