Overview
The Scheduling Pro Funnel report template is used to track the booking funnel across multiple tenants in Enterprise Hub. It shows how users progress through each stage of the online booking process from session start to completed booking and highlights conversion rates and drop-offs by brand.

Creating custom reports is available only to contractors on the Works package or Legacy/Non-Packaged contractors. Contractors on the Starter and Essentials packages have access to built-in reports.
Things to know
If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.
You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.
Report examples
Create a report that compares booking funnel performance across tenants, showing total sessions, stage drop-offs, and conversion rates. This helps you evaluate which tenants have the most effective scheduling flows.
Run a report showing ZIP code entry versus completed bookings across tenants. This helps you pinpoint geographic areas where customers tend to abandon the booking process.
Create a report that summarizes funnel conversion by brand name and scheduler. This helps you identify best-performing schedulers and brands, providing insights for organization-wide optimization.
Create a Scheduling Pro Funnel report template
In your Enterprise Hub account, go to Rollup Reporting.

In the Reports screen, click Create Report.

In the New Report screen, select All or Other as a report type.
Select Scheduling Pro Funnel Report as report template.
You can then select and customize the following columns to include in your report.
Tenant ID: Unique identifier assigned to the tenant (business account) using Scheduling Pro.
Tenant Name: Name of the tenant (business) associated with the scheduler data.
Brand Name: Name of the brand under which the scheduler operates.
Scheduler ID: Unique identifier for the specific online scheduler instance.
Scheduler Name: Unique identifier for the specific online scheduler instance.
Total Sessions: Total number of scheduling sessions initiated by customers.
Opened Sessions: Number of sessions where the scheduler was opened by a customer.
Session with Zipcode: Number of sessions where the customer entered a ZIP code.
Interacted Sessions: Number of sessions where the customer interacted with at least one scheduling step.
Sessions with Issue: Number of sessions where an issue was detected during the scheduling process.
Sessions with Schedule Step: Number of sessions where customers reached the scheduling step in the process.
Sessions with Customer Contact: Number of sessions where customers entered their contact information.
Session with Details: Number of sessions where customers provided job details or additional information.
Booked Sessions: Number of sessions that resulted in a completed booking.
Abandoned Sessions: Number of sessions where customers exited before completing the booking.
Tip: Hover over the name of the column to see a short description.
Create the Scheduling Pro Funnel report in Enterprise Hub
After selecting the proper report template and the columns you want to include, click Next to create the report.
Enter the report details in the Set Details screen and click Next.

Select the members that can have access to this report from the Members & Access screen and click Save.

Run the Scheduling Pro Funnel report template
After creating the report, let’s see how you can run it.
In the Network/ Tenant dropdown, select the networks or individual tenant you want to run data for.

Click the From - To field to set date filters. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and click Apply.
Use the left menu to select a preset date range:

Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including the current date
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including the current date
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including the current date
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including the current date
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire qu

Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including the current date

(Optional) Select the Breakdown by Scheduler box to separate the data by schedulers.

When finished, click Run Report.
Note: You can use the Run History button to see the recent run of the report.
Tip: Click Edit Columns to add and remove columns. You can arrange report columns and apply filters for further customization.
