Overview
The Scheduling Pro ROI report template is used to evaluate the return on investment for Scheduling Pro across all connected tenants. This report helps enterprise leaders assess which brands and channels generate the highest value from Scheduling Pro.

Creating custom reports is available only to contractors on the Works package or Legacy/Non-Packaged contractors. Contractors on the Starter and Essentials packages have access to built-in reports.
Things to know
If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.
You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.
Report examples
Create a report that aggregates total revenue, completed jobs, and ROI across all tenants. This helps you measure the overall financial impact of Scheduling Pro across your organization.
Run a report comparing average 30-day revenue and booked jobs by tenant or brand. This helps you identify high-performing regions or subsidiaries driving the most value.
Create a report that ranks marketing sources by ROI across tenants. This helps you determine which channels consistently generate the strongest financial returns organization-wide.
Create a Scheduling Pro ROI Appointments report template
In your Enterprise Hub account, go to Rollup Reporting.

In the Reports screen, click Create Report.

In the New Report screen, select All or Other as a report type.
Select Scheduling Pro ROI Report as report template.
You can then select and customize the following columns to include in your report.
Tenant ID: Unique identifier assigned to the tenant (business account) using Scheduling Pro.
Tenant Name: Name of the tenant (business) associated with the scheduler data.
Tenant Official Name: Official legal name of the tenant.
Brand Name: Name of the brand under which the scheduler operates.
Scheduler ID: Unique identifier for the specific online scheduler instance.
Scheduler Name: Name assigned to the scheduler in the tenant’s account.
Scheduler ID: Unique identifier for the specific online scheduler instance.
Scheduler Name: Name assigned to the scheduler in the tenant’s account.
Average 30D Booked Jobs: Average number of jobs booked through the scheduler over the past 30 days.
Average Ticket ($): Average dollar amount per completed job.
Average 30D Revenue ($): Average revenue generated from booked jobs over the past 30 days.
Total Revenue ($): Total revenue generated from all booked and completed jobs.
Total Jobs Created: Total number of jobs created through the scheduler.
Total Completed Jobs: Total number of jobs completed after being created through the scheduler.
Tip: Hover over the name of the column to see a short description.
Create Scheduling Pro ROI Appointments report in Enterprise Hub
After selecting the proper report template and the columns you want to include, click Next to create the report.
Enter the report details in the Set Details screen and click Next.

Select the members that can have access to this report from the Members & Access screen and click Save.

Run the Scheduling Pro ROI Appointments report template
After creating the report, let’s see how you can run it.
In the Network/ Tenant dropdown, select the networks or individual tenant you want to run data for.

Click the From - To field to set date filters. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and click Apply.

Use the left menu to select a preset date range:
Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including the current date
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including the current date
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including the current date
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including the current date
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.
Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day
Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including the current date
Last Year: January 1 - December 31 of the previous calendar year
(Optional) Select the Breakdown by Scheduler box to separate the data by schedulers.

When finished, click Run Report.
Note: You can use the Run History button to see the recent run of the report.
Tip: Click Edit Columns to add and remove columns. You can arrange report columns and apply filters for further customization.
