Overview

The Scheduling Pro Daily Appointments report template is used to create consolidated reports on daily appointment activity across multiple tenants. This report helps enterprise users monitor appointment trends, measure scheduling volume across brands, and analyze daily performance from a single platform.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, managers, and office employees

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • Creating custom reports is available only to contractors on the Works package or Legacy/Non-Packaged contractors. Contractors on the Starter and Essentials packages have access to built-in reports.

Things to know

  • If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.

  • You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.

Report examples

  • Create a report that lists all appointments booked across multiple tenants for a specific day. This helps you monitor daily scheduling activity across the organization and identify which tenants have the highest booking volume.

  • Run a report that breaks down appointments by scheduler and tenant. This helps you compare booking performance between different branches, brands, or subsidiaries.

  • Create a report that aggregates appointments by trade type across all tenants. This helps you identify company-wide service demand trends and allocate resources effectively across markets.

Create a Scheduling Pro Daily Appointments report template

  1. In your Enterprise Hub account, go to Rollup Reporting.

  2. In the Reports screen, click Create Report.

  3. In the New Report screen, select All or Other as a report type.

  4.  Select Scheduling Pro Daily Appointments Report as report template.

    You can then select and customize the following columns to include in your report.

  • Tenant ID: Unique identifier assigned to the tenant (business account) using Scheduling Pro.

  • Tenant Name: Name of the tenant (business) associated with the scheduler data.

  • Tenant Official Name: Official legal name of the tenant.

  • Session Date: Date when the scheduling session occurred or was recorded.

  • Trade: Type trade selected in the session.

  • Brand Name: Name of the brand under which the scheduler operates.

  • Scheduler ID: Unique identifier for the specific online scheduler instance.

  • Scheduler Name: Name assigned to the scheduler in the tenant’s account.

  • Appointment Count: Total number of appointments booked through the scheduler for the specified session date.

Tip: Hover over the name of the column to see a short description.

Create Scheduling Pro Daily Appointments report in EnterpriseHub

  1. After selecting the proper report template and the columns you want to include, click Next to create the report.

  2. Enter the report details in the Set Details screen and click Next.

  3. Select the members that can have access to this report from the Members & Access screen and click Save.

Run the Scheduling Pro Daily Appointments report template

After creating the report, let’s see how you can run it.

  1. In the Network/ Tenant dropdown, select the networks or individual tenant you want to run data for.

  2. Click the From - To field to set date filters. You can:

    1. Use the calendar to select a specific date range and click Apply.

    2. Use the left menu to select a preset date range:

      1. Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time

      2. Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM

      3. Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including the current date

      4. Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including the current date

      5. Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including the current date

      6. Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day

      7. Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.

      8. Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including the current date

      9. This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.

      10. Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.

      11. Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day

      12. Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day

      13. Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including the current date

  3. (Optional) Select the Breakdown by Scheduler box to separate the data by schedulers.

  4. When finished, click Run Report.

    Note: You can use the Run History button to see the recent run of the report.

Tip: Click Edit Columns to add and remove columns. You can arrange report columns and apply filters for further customization.
