Overview

The Scheduling Pro Funnel report tracks the customer journey through each stage of the online booking process—from session start to completed booking. This report helps you identify where potential customers abandon the booking flow and optimize the funnel for higher conversions.

Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, managers, and office employees

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • Creating custom reports is available only to contractors on the Works package or Legacy/Non-Packaged contractors. Contractors on the Starter and Essentials packages have access to built-in reports.

Things to know

  • If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.

  • You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.

Report examples

  • Create a report that tracks how many customers begin a scheduling session versus how many complete a booking. This helps you measure overall conversion rates and identify potential drop-off points in the funnel.

  • Run a report showing sessions with ZIP code entry but no bookings completed. This helps you pinpoint where customers disengage after providing basic location details, indicating potential issues with service availability or next-step clarity.

  • Create a report comparing the number of sessions with customer contact information to booked sessions. This helps you analyze how many engaged leads convert to appointments and optimize follow-up strategies to reduce abandonment.
