The Inventory Mobile app provides office employees and technicians access to information regarding Purchase Orders, Transfers, and Inventory Counts for the current day, encompassing both new tasks and those already completed. They can seamlessly view data on various tasks through this application.

Things to know

  • The Inventory App is currently accessible to users who are utilizing the ServiceTitan Inventory Module and/or Purchasing module.

  • iOS Users:

    • Minimum iOS version: iOS 15

    • Any device that can run iOS 15 will meet hardware specifications

  • Android Users:

    • Minimum OS version: Android 8

    • Any device which can run Android 8 or greater will meet hardware specifications

Key features

The Inventory mobile app highlights the following main features:

  • Purchase Orders: Displays the total number of purchase orders (PO) that have been marked as Arrived in the App. It also displays the percentage of POs, within the current day, that are marked as Received or Partially Received in the app.

  • Transfers: Displays the total number of transfers that are created within the current day. It also displays the percentage of transfers, created within the current day, that are marked as Picked.

  • Inventory Counts: Displays the total number of counts where the required date is the current day. It also displays the percentage of counts that are marked as Review or Completed and where the required date is the current day.

Setup

What you need to get started

  • To make the Inventory mobile app available for users in ServiceTitan, navigate to Settings then, select Inventory > Configuration from the side menu. After enabling the app, give permissions for specific roles in Settings > Role Permissions.
