You can add items from Pricebook to the purchase order (PO) in the inventory mobile app.

Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Things to know
You can add items that aren't attached to the current purchase order (PO).
Add an item
From the PO screen, tap More
and tap Add item not on list.
On the Add Item screen that opens, search for the item by name code, or part number.
Tap Plus
to add the item.
On the confirmation pop-up, tap Add.
These items are marked as Not Ordered and you get notification about the following issue in ServiceTitan.
