Overview

You can add items from Pricebook to the purchase order (PO) in the inventory mobile app.

Things to know

  • You can add items that aren't attached to the current purchase order (PO).

Add an item

  1. From the PO screen, tap Moreand tap Add item not on list.Image showing how to add item not on list.

  2. On the Add Item screen that opens, search for the item by name code, or part number.

  3. Tap Plusto add the item.A cursor tapping the Plus icon.

  4. On the confirmation pop-up, tap Add.

These items are marked as Not Ordered and you get notification about the following issue in ServiceTitan.
