Overview
Use the Inventory Mobile app to manage inventory transfers by picking items from your assigned inventory location. You can pick items fully or partially, and handle serialized items by entering or scanning serial numbers.

Get started with transfers
Tap the Transfers section or tap Picklists from the navigation bar. The Picklist screen opens showing all pending transfers within your inventory location.
Tap the Filter
icon to search transfers by inventory location. Select the inventory location you want, and tap Apply.

Tip: To see transfers from all inventory locations, tap Select All.
Pick an item
Note: You can only pick transfers assigned from your inventory location.
Select the transfer you want to work with from the Picklist screen and tap Start Picking.

From the list of items that opens, select the item you want to pick and tap Pick Item.

Note: Tap the Edit
icon to update the number of items you want to pick. You can pick items with less quantity. In this case, the transfer is marked as Missing Qty. For more, see Pick items partially.Go to the Picked tab and tap Done.
Tip: Tap the More
icon to edit the quantity of the item you want to pick or return the item back to Unpicked.
Tip: Tap the item image > See More to see the larger image and detailed information about the item.

Review the picklist summary and tap Submit.

Pick an item partially
From the Picklist screen, select the transfer you want to work with and tap Start Picking.
From the list of items that opens, select the item and tap the Edit
icon to adjust the number of items you want to pick.
Tap Pick.
Review the picklist summary and tap Submit.

The office employee gets a notification about the missing quantity in ServiceTitan. You can always go back and continue picking the items.
Pick a serialized item
From the Picklist screen, select the transfer you want to work with and tap Start Picking.
From the list of items that opens, select the item with serialization and tap Pick Item.
Note: If the item is serialized, it is marked as Serialization Incomplete.
On the Serial Numbers screen that opens, enter the serial numbers of all items you want to receive.
To enter the serial numbers of items, do one of the following:
Tap the Plus
icon to add the serial number. The list of available serial numbers opens.
Note: The list of serial numbers is specific to the inventory location you selected.
Tap the Scan
icon and scan the item barcode.
When you're finished, tap Finish and Pick Item.
