What you need to get started
To get started with Marketing Pro for FieldRoutes, contact a ServiceTitan sales representative or request a demo.
Required permissions
The Full Access to Marketing Pro permission in FieldRoutes is required to set up and use Marketing Pro. To have this permission enabled, please contact the account administrator on your team. For more, see Marketing Pro Overview.
Quick start guide
After you purchase Marketing Pro and it's configured for your account, sign in to Marketing Pro to get started.
Step 1: Configure your marketing brand's settings
To access Marketing Pro from FieldRoutes, click the Marketing Pro tile in the Discover section of the Application Launcher.
Click Get Started.
On the Marketing Pro Settings screen that opens, click Begin setup to set up your default brand.
On the Add Default brand screen that opens, enter the details for your default brand and select each trade that applies to your business.

Click Next to add your default brand.
On the confirmation window that opens, click Configure Email then complete the email settings for your default brand.

When finished, click Finish.
You're ready to start creating marketing campaigns.
Step 2: Launch Autopilot Campaigns
Each autopilot campaign includes a unique audience, features your logo on the content, and is assigned a unique tracking number.
On the Campaign Manager screen, click Create Campaign > Autopilot Campaign.
Review the Autopilot campaigns selected for your business and make sure your logo appears correctly on the preview cards.
(Optional) The campaigns provided are ready to launch as-is. If needed, click View/Edit to view more details about the campaign and make changes.
Deselect any campaigns you don't want to launch yet.
When finished, click Launch Campaigns to launch your selected campaigns.

Your first marketing campaigns have launched.
