Marketing Pro Corporate HQ and Offices access and switch

Overview

With Marketing Pro, easily switch between the corporate HQ and offices to view and manage analytics, campaigns, and audiences. This way, you don't have to go back and forth between your CRM and Marketing Pro.

Switch between corporate HQ and offices

Information that you add or change in a specific corporate HQ or office is tied to that HQ or office. This information is not shared with other offices you can access. This helps to keep office data, such as segments, email templates, campaigns, and suppression lists separate from each other. Only the corporate HQ can access and edit every office's data.

After you login into your corporate HQ account, you can switch to other offices to view their information.

       
  1. Go to the navigation bar and click the name of the corporate HQ or office.
  2.    
  3. From the dropdown, select a corporate HQ or office.
   

Note: Make sure your CRM admin grants you access to the corporate HQ or offices you need to work in. Otherwise:

       
  • You won't see some office names in the drop-down list.
  •    
  • You won't have access to manage some offices.
