Actions you can take in Marketing Pro Campaign content

Overview

Things to know

       
  • You can only view the content of the finished campaigns.
  •    
  • You can only change the content for campaigns created by you.

Edit campaign content steps

To edit the different steps of your campaign content:

       
  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
  2.    
  3. Find the campaign you want to edit, then click More > Edit .
  4.    
  5. In the Content section, click Edit.
  6.    
  7. In the Campaign step, click Edit , or click More , then select Edit .
  8.    
  9. Make the changes you need.
  10.    
  11. When finished, click Save.

Edit campaign content's email step

       
  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
  2.    
  3. Find the campaign you want to edit, then click More > Edit .
  4.    
  5. In the Content section, click Edit.
  6.    
  7. In the Campaign step, click More then select Edit .
  8.    
  9. Hover over the template and select the Pencil icon.
  10.    
  11. On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, make changes in the:        
                 
    1. Subject Line: The campaign's subject that customers see before opening your marketing email.
    2.            
    3. Preview Text: The preview text customers see before opening your email.
    4.        
       
  12.    
  13. When finished, click Save.

Preview the campaign content template

       
  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
  2.    
  3. Find the campaign you want to view:        
                 
    1. For email campaign content, click Preview template . This opens the Template preview window where you can view the email in desktop or mobile modes.
    2.            
    3. For direct mail campaign content:                
                           
      1. Click View . This opens the Preview window where you can check how the postcard will look when printed.
      2.                    
      3. Click Front to view the postcard front preview.
      4.                    
      5. Click Back to view the postcard's back preview.
      6.                    
      7. Enable the Show print guides toggle to review the printed postcards' borders and ensure there aren't unprinted edges.

Change the campaign content template

       
  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
  2.    
  3. Find the email campaign you want to edit, click More > Edit .
  4.    
  5. In the Content section click Edit.
  6.    
  7. In the Campaign step, click More then select Edit .
  8.    
  9. Hover over the template and select Remove Template .
  10.    
  11. Click Confirm.
  12.    
  13. Click Add Content.
  14.    
  15. On the Select Template screen that opens, select a new template.
  16.    
  17. On the Configure Email Template page that opens, click Save.

Remove campaign contents

       
  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Campaign Manager.
  2.    
  3. Find the campaign for which you want to remove contents, then click More > Edit .
  4.    
  5. In the Content section, click Edit.
  6.    
  7. In the Campaign step, click More then select Remove .
  8.    
  9. On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm.
