How to Prepare?

  1. Confirm that technician roles have the View Material Costs or View Equipment Costs permissions enabled if you want them to see the new total cost chips.

  2. Train technicians on the new rescheduling flow so they know they can skip the work performed log (WPL) when no work is done.

  3. Identify any upcoming jobs in new developments where verified global positioning system (GPS) coordinates should be used for navigation.

  4. Align with your technicians on the importance of manually selecting the Perform work now or Perform work later options to ensure accurate job tracking.
