Why is ServiceTitan Mobile requesting account details for cash transactions?

Problem

ServiceTitan Mobile incorrectly requests account information for cash payments. If technicians are being asked to enter account information, the Cash payment type is likely set up incorrectly.

Solution

  1. In ServiceTitan, navigate to Settings.

  2. Go to Invoicing and click Payment and Invoice Types.

  3. Find the payment type labeled Cash.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Select Cash or None in the Attributes list.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
