Technicians cannot see the credit card payment option in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Check the operating system on the technician's mobile device. Make sure it is up to date.
Uninstall the ServiceTitan app from the device.

Create a manual invoice in the mobile app to test the payment type visibility.
To do this, click on your picture in the top right corner.
Then, select "Manual Invoices" from the list that appears.
If possible, create a job in ServiceTitan to further test the credit card payment option. This can help determine if the issue is with manual invoices or across the platform.
Check if other technicians are experiencing the same issue. This can help identify if the problem is isolated or widespread.
