How can I enable a customer to make an online payment using two different credit cards?

Problem

My customers can't split payments between two credit cards for online payments. The Allow partial payments toggle likely isn't enabled. If you don't see the toggle, please contact fintechsupport@servicetitan.com.

Solution

  1. Go to Settings > Invoicing.

  2. Click on Online Payments.

  3. Click Allow partial payments to enable it.

  4. When finished, click Save.
