Use TURNS financing services in ServiceTitan Mobile

Overview

Built right into ServiceTitan, the TURNS Financing integration allows you to offer TURNS financing plans, submit an application, and receive a fast decision directly in the ServiceTitan Mobile app.

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.

Submit a loan application for TURNS

  1. In Dashboard > Overview, tap View Current Job.

  2. In the side menu, tap Estimates.

  3. Tap Present and then tap View Estimate under your preferred option. The sales amount is automatically populated with the total estimate amount. You can change the amount if needed.        

    Note: On the presentation screen, technicians see that as estimates increase in price, the financing plan used is changing as they unlock higher financing tiers.

       

  4. Tap Apply for Financing.

  5. Tap Apply Now under TURNS

  6. Have the customer enter in their basic information, including their Date of Birth, Social Security #, and Gross Annual Income ($). All other required fields are automatically populated, but can be reviewed and edited if needed. 

  7. After all required fields are completed, tap Continue.

  8. Have the customer review the disclosures and click I agree to the terms above

  9. Tap Submit Application to proceed with submitting the TURNS Financing application.

  10. After the customer is approved, you can select the Turns Financing payment type to record payment on the invoice.

Select an offer from an Approved application

If the TURNS loan application is approved, the customer receives two offers: one offer with a deferred interest period and one offer without a deferred interest period. To accept one of the loan offers:

  1. After the customer reviews the loan offers, tap the desired offer. 

  2. Tap Select Offer. The credit agreement screen appears.

  3. When finished, tap Confirm Selection

Download Pricebook and/or sync changes in ServiceTitan Mobile

Before you use TURNS with your customers in the ServiceTitan Mobile app, download the Pricebook and sync all changes that may have occurred on the back end. This ensures that all the items you're offering to your customers through ServiceTitan Mobile are updated.

Download the Pricebook

  1. Go to the current job and tap the Sync icon.        

    Tip: You can do this from any of the main actions on the side menu for any job.

       

  2. Tap Download pricebook

Sync changes

  1. Go to the current job and tap the Sync icon.        

    Tip: You can do this from any of the main actions on the side menu for any job.

       

  2. Tap Sync changes to ensure all back-end updates have synced with ServiceTitan Mobile. 

Apply Turns Financing to record payment on the invoice from ServiceTitan Mobile

After the job is complete and the customer is approved for a loan, you can apply TURNS Financing to record payment on the invoice. To record payment on the invoice using TURNS Financing:

  1. Navigate to the invoice.

  2. Tap Pay.

  3. When you are ready to record payment, tap the Choose payment type dropdown.

  4. Select Turns Financing.        

    Note: If you do not see this payment type yet, download the Pricebook and sync the latest changes.

  5. Tap Charge.

If the Turns Financing payment Type is recorded from ServiceTitan Mobile, the invoice is automatically sent to TURNS after you collect the customer signature. TURNS reviews the invoice and funds the customer through ACH within 3 business days.
