Use TURNS financing services in ServiceTitan

Prev Next

Built right into ServiceTitan, the TURNS Financing integration allows you to offer TURNS financing plans, submit an application, and receive a fast decision directly in the ServiceTitan Mobile App.

Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, accountants, bookkeepers, and managers

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact the ServiceTitan Financing team at financing@servicetitan.com.

Use cases

Here are a few ways that TURNS can benefit your business:

Why should I offer financing?

  • Homeowners often obtain financing for high-cost jobs - in fact, 50% of renovations costing over $5,000 are financed.

  • Your technicians will hear “yes” more often in high-cost jobs.

  • Your technicians will close deals faster, and be able to take on more jobs.

What are the benefits of using TURNS?

  • Technicians will be able to walk the customer through the entire loan application process, all within ServiceTitan Mobile.

  • When customers apply for financing through ServiceTitan Mobile, they will get a loan decision from TURNS in seconds.

  • Eligible customers will be able to accept their approved loan immediately.

  • If the customer is approved, the technician will be able to record payment immediately using the TURNS Financing payment type.

Set up TURNS Financing in ServiceTitan

Once you have TURNS enabled for your account:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click Integrations > Financing.

  3. Under Providers, find Turns Financing Services and click Configure.

  4. Then click Get Started.

  5. Set up default accounts — add an account to serve as the foundation for your default rule, which automatically applies to any Business Unit without a custom assignment.

  • Then click Next.

  1. Set up accounts for specific business units (optional) — "Configure custom account groups for specific business units. If you add accounts, you must also create custom rules to activate the relationship, or the system will apply the default rule to those units."

    • Then click Add Account to configure one, or Skip.

  2. Exclude business units from financing (optional) — "Financing options will never be displayed for excluded business units."

    • Select business units from the dropdown, then click Next, or Skip.

  3. Review — confirm your account setup, then click Save to finish.

Saving takes you to the Turns page:

  • Accounts — "Configure financing options for eligible business units." Lists each account group by name and identifier (for example, Default → C-5555).

    • Click Edit to make changes.

  • Single Application Waterfall Threshold — "The minimum amount required for applications to automatically waterfall from first look to Turns."

    • Set a Minimum Amount (for example, $1,000).

Assign Turns as your second-look provider

Turns is designed to work as a second-look provider — one that offers financing to customers who are declined by your primary (preferred) provider, helping you close more jobs. To assign it:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings. In the side panel, click Integrations > Financing.

  2. Click the Settings tab (shared across all financing providers, alongside Providers and Pre-qualifications).

  3. Under Second-Look Provider ("A second-look provider offers financing to customers who are declined by your primary provider, helping you close more jobs"), select Turns from the dropdown.

  4. Click Save.
